This is a nice vintage savage model 99 made around the year of 1958 accordance serial numbers. Has a period for power rifle scope on Weaver swing mount rings so you can still use the iron sites. Got it from the owner that said he brought it with his father back in the late 50s brand new. Rifle seems to be in very good condition with just some gummy oil that we have cleaned out of the bolt area. You don't see too many of these in 243 caliber from this time.
