Up for sale is an old school Taurus Model 82 heavy barrel revolver in .38 Special. Complete with wood grips, it is in good shape, with normal finish wear around the end of the 4 inch barrel and along sharp edges (looks like old holster wear). The action releases and locks up nicely . The wood grips are intact with most of the original, finish showing. The overall finish rates about 85% intact. These revolvers are basic copies of the Smith and Wesson Model 10 M&P heavy barrels. Taurus has a reputation for good quality firearms for nearly every budget. This is a great gun for budget security carry, or a nightstand or truck gun.
Overall Condition: Good shape, showing normal evidence of prior handling. Crisp action and good lockup.
Bore Condition: Excellent - Clean, mirror finish, no obvious signs of excessive wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling - Sharp lands and grooves.
