The 239 was a smaller version of the P226 and P229 pistols. It carries 8 in the single stack magazine and one in the chamber. It also has a decocking lever and is offered in Double Action Only. It has an all steel frame, plastic grips, and a very durable black finish.
Overall Condition: Good condition, showing only light, superficial signs of prior handling or use.
Bore Condition: Excellent – Clean, mirror finish, no signs of wear.
Bore Rifling: Excellent Rifling – Sharp lands and grooves.
Specific Condition Notes: This pistol is in great shape with some wear marks around the outside of the barrel near the muzzle. The slide is in good shape. The bore is clean and shiny.
The finish itself is in good shape, with a few very light superficial scratches here and there on the frame and slide. It weighs about 16 oz unloaded and is heavy enough to tame even the hottest defense rounds. Perfect as a concealed carry weapon or a nightstand gun. If you cannot legally own this, please don't bother. This Sig has not been test fired. Our in house gunsmith did a basic function check and light cleaning. No warranties are implied or offered.
